Undercurrent moves between everyday life, remembrance and imagination. Familiar scenes become uncertain: a gesture, an encounter or a room slips towards the surreal, holding something that cannot be fully recalled.

Watercolour is the principal medium, alongside acrylic and mixed media. At the centre of the series is an installation of small works on paper — fragments that gather into an open, shifting account of memory. A parallel practice in poetry draws on the same images, allowing words and painting to meet without one explaining the other.
